This program is designed for Chief Elected Officials, Governing Board Members and interested Government Finance Professionals. The 2-hour program will give attendees a better understanding of the government finance function, the planning and budgeting process, the numerous financial reports and what those reports indicate about the municipality's financial health, and how to make sound decisions based on a government's financial position.
