Accounting, managing, and financial reporting for public sector grants and capital projects can be complex and challenging for both experienced finance officers and those newer to the industry.  This session will provide a comprehensive overview on the proper accounting and financial reporting for both grants and capital projects, and address common questions and challenges in this area.

If you need separate invoices (one for the seminar and one for golf) please contact the office at The registration system will not let you go back to register for golf after you have registered for the seminar or vice-versa. If you would like to register for golf after registering for the event, please contact the office for assistance.

  • Pre-registration is preferred.
  • On-site registrations are accepted; however, there will be an additional fee of $10.00. 
  • If you need a hard copy of the registration form, please contact the office. 


  • Attendees must be registered and signed in to earn CPE and/or GFI credit


  • Cancellation notices must be made in writing and emailed to
  • Registration fees will be refunded for cancellations made up to one week prior to the event less an administrative fee of $15.00.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than one week before the event; the registrant is liable for the full amount of registration.
  • No Shows are liable for all registration fees.
