Optimizing Data Value - Minimizing Data Risk (1:10 PM to 2:00 PM)

Government agencies should be leveraging data to improve citizen services. Data mismanagement can have a significant risk to your operations.

During the session, the presenter will discuss the importance of having a data strategy and governance framework in order to property manage the agencies' critical data assets.  The presenter will also address risk factors and how to reduce data risk.  By implementing a holistic data risk management system, agencies can minimize data breaches, and also promote productivity in the workplace.

At the end of the presentation, attendees will observe a data discovery tool with embedded artificial intelligence, perform a scan of a network drive, identify unencrypted sensitive data and determine data risk and calculate data risk cost.

Accounts Payable Automation - It Can Be Done! (2:10 PM to 3:00 PM)

Accounts Payable automation is one of the fastest growing technologies for businesses of all sizes and industry.  With COVID-19 forcing many organizations to implement a “work from home” strategy, technology has played a key role in making that happen successfully.

Receiving, approving and processing invoices can be an extremely manual process – and doing it remotely is sometimes an impossibility.  If you are considering an A/P automation project or just want to learn more about the benefits, this presentation is a great starter’s guide to making sure you are prepared for a successful project.

Looking for more than just processing invoices?  Consider a full procure to pay (P2P) project to help manage cash and stay within your capital and operating budgets.  This presentation will also introduce what it takes to automate the entire purchase requisitions process including real time budget analysis.
