Reserves: Usage, Distinctions and Accounting

This session, presented by the Local Government Training Unit at the Office of the State Comptroller, will provide guidance on the purpose, benefits and proper use of reserve funds. Also covered are the distinctions between 'specific' and 'type' reserve funds as well as proper accounting and reporting for these funds.

Municipal Operations During COVID-19: Risk Management Lessons Learned
