 Excel Training - Tables and Pivot Tables

Excel tables and Pivot Tables are both powerful tools for analysis.  We will begin with how to clean up your data sets and then explore sorting and filtering features of tables and use of subtotals.  We will also look at how to use slicers with tables.  Pivot tables are extremely useful in analyzing large sets of data ported from financial and HR system and others. Pivots only work with transactional type data arranged in a specific way.  We will look at how to adjust your data to make it pivot ready and how to use advance pivot table features to do different types of analysis and for allocating expenses to different department and for intergovernmental billing.
